Pricing
Our pricing is comparable to other top quality window washing companies. Of course there will always be people offering cut-rate services, but I believe you get what you pay for. Here's some things to look for. Are they insured and bonded? How's their appearance? Are they in company uniforms? Do they have professional looking signs on their vehicles and place a sign in your yard while they work? If they haven't invested the money to look professional, then these folks are probably looking for pocket change and beer money. What exactly is their service? Do they clean window sills and tracks? Do they scrub the screens?

If you have a 2nd floor or transom windows, will they use ladders or poles to clean the windows? Poles don't do the job. Spots are missed, no scraper is used, and excess water can't be wiped away. To do the best job, a window cleaner has to be right on top of the glass. We own five different sizes and types of ladders. There usually is a higher cost (not much) for ladder work, but you will be much happier with the job.

Okay, let's talk specifics (as best as I can without seeing your glass).

	Clean Windows
	$5 to $8 each (inside, outside, sills and tracks) most windows $5.00 multiple-pane windows higher
	Clean Window Screens
	$1 each (remove, mark, scrub, rinse, reinstall) $2 each for screens requiring removal of window
	Clean Sliding Glass Doors
	$8 to $15. most sliders (2 pane) $8 large 3-pane sliders $15.
	Clean Transoms
	$2 to $4 depending on size French doors $8 each.

Feel free to take the above pricing and walk around the house to get a general idea what the cost will be. Occasionally there will be glass or French doors inside the house which we can't see from the outside, so when calling for an estimate, please make us aware of this (if you'd like us to clean them).

We obviously want your business, but we won't negotiate on price. We will, however, put together a package to fit your needs. We have customers who only want the outside done (with screens, sills, tracks). We charge 60% of the whole estimate for that. If you have French doors, we have customers who will do them themselves or have their maid do them.

We will do our best to meet your needs with the goal of gaining another satisfied customer.
